I checked out your drawing. It is very nice and you can recognise who it is. Some pointers I hope may help - The proportions are a little out, her face could be a little larger. I would suggest try I would say try drawing the picture again on a piece of paper or within a piece of paper the same proportions as your reference picture, try judging the sizes of the areas and see if you prefer your second attempt. Practice is always key, you will always see improvement when you keep drawing over and over. Keep up the great work and hope this helps :)
